Exchange is allowed in case of size issue, wrong item delivered, or manufacturing defect. Sale and discount items are not returnable or exchangeable. Return shipping cost may be paid by the customer unless the mistake is from ZUNO. In case of difference from our side (different in article, size, and color), the return charges will be paid by ZUNO.
