Shoes Shop reserves the right to cancel any order due to: Incorrect information, Payment issues, Suspicious activity
Accepted payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location (usually 2–5 working days).
Any delay caused by the courier service is not the responsibility of Shoes Shop.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

5. Return & Exchange

ZUNO offers 3-day return & exchange for eligible products.
Item must be: Unused, Unworn, Undamaged, In original packaging with tags
Exchange is allowed in case of size issue, wrong item delivered, or manufacturing defect.
Sale and discount items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Return shipping cost may be paid by the customer unless the mistake is from ZUNO.
In case of difference from our side ( different in article, size, and color), the return charges will be paid by ZUNO.
